The Productivity Impact was born out of survival, not strategy. The bottom dropped out of my business because I was doing everything myself. I was working 60-hour weeks, buried in client work, duct-taping systems together, and praying nothing important slipped through the cracks.
There were no SOPs. No task visibility. No way to delegate without chaos following close behind. Just me, spinning plates until one finally shattered.
That breakdown became my wake-up call.
I invested in a marketing mastermind—thinking I needed help getting more clients—and quickly realized that wasn’t the real problem. My business couldn’t handle more clients because the backend was broken. I didn’t need more marketing; I needed systems.
So I started rebuilding. I fell in love with operations, devoured every program I could get my hands on, and eventually became a Certified Director of Operations. That work reshaped everything—how I lead, how I delegate, and how I design businesses that actually support their CEOs instead of suffocating them.
Now, through The Productivity Impact, I help service providers do the same: trade overwhelm for organization, chaos for clarity, and burnout for breathing room.
